GENERAL TERMS

All drawings may or will include a subtle watermark that you may not remove.
Prices are subject to change based on demand.
I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

PAYMENT

Currency accepted can only be either in PHP (Philippine Pesos) or in USD (U.S.A. Dollar)
Payment for the commission will be through GCASH, PAYPAL or PAYMAYA
Before the start of the commission Full Payment is required.
Please Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the right to ask for a refund.
The time it takes to finish, the commission will vary from 3 days to 2 weeks. This will depend on factors such as health, or the complexity of the commissioned piece.
If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product (unless stated otherwise). The files (PNG) will be sent via email.

REVISIONS

You get 2 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the pre-established price.
A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.

CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
The client may only request a cancellation and refund during the pencil/sketch phase.
If the cancellation is requested during the ink phase or color phase, no refund will be given
If a cancellation and refund is requested, the artist will refund 50% of whatever has been paid up until that point.
100% refund will never be made once the work has been started.
If payment has not yet been made, the client has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to commission me, Coleen Shan A. Badana, ever again.
